Under the BUS scheme, the services we offer include:
Own your own property (this can be a home or a small business property).
Have a property with an installation capacity up to 45kWth (this covers most homes).
Have a boiler at least 7 years old.
Have a valid Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)
Have a household income below a certain level, which varies by location:
£30,420 per year for a single person, £38,480 per year for a couple, £46,540 per year for a family of four.
£27,770 per year for a single person, £34,730 per year for a couple, £41,690 per year for a family of four.
£25,830 per year for a single person, £32,790 per year for a couple, £39,750 per year for a family of four.
£24,120 per year for a single person, £30,980 per year for a couple, £37,840 per year for a family of four.
