Who Is
Eligible

Anyone can qualify for solar panel installation. However, to be eligible for SEG tariffs, certain requirements must be met, including:

Equipment

A renewable electricity generating system that meets the eligibility requirements.
A meter that provides half-hourly export readings, typically a smart meter.

Certification

Certified installation and installer through MCS or equivalent.

Surveying

Confirmation

You will be sent a written home improvement plan by our retrofit coordinator, you will need to digitally sign and return this plan.

Scheduling

Our install booking team will be in touch to agree installation date(s) once a plan has been agreed upon.

Installation

Installation will take place as per details mentioned on our product page. Our team will then send out your paperwork and warranties within 2-8 weeks.
